Activate Mao Mao Cheat
At the title screen press left C, down C, right C, up C, left C, right C, down C. After entering this cheat you should be able to use Mao Mao and his F15J.
Activate Spanky
To get Spanky you must complete all the bonus stages in the game.
Change Plane Colors
At the plane select screen press the R button.
