Go to the Player Creation Menu, and enter one of the names of the development team members listed in the instruction manual (ie: Scott Murray) as your player name.
Hit A Homerun Cheat

When at bat use Power Swing then Press Up + Left + L2 + R1 + X when the ball is thrown. If the batter connects, you'll get a homerun.
