Access Private Carrera Cheat: First you must access Officer Dick by getting all of the tapes with any skater.; Then select Officer Dick begin a game in any mode. During the game Pause, then Hold L, and Press Left C, Down C, Right C, Down C, Up, Right, Left. Then when you go to the Player Select, Private Carrera will have replaced Officer Dick.
